Toldio is designed for celebration — birthdays, anniversaries, thank-yous, the people you love. Two lines we never cross:
- No voice cloning. Toldio never imitates a real, identifiable person's voice — and we offer no feature that does.
- No false claims about real people. Songs won't state harmful, checkable falsehoods about a named person. A guardrail enforces this automatically.
- You're in control. If a song about you crosses a line, you can request its removal at any time.

Is the song made by AI?
Yes. Toldio songs are AI-generated from the details you provide — the lyrics are composed around your memories, then set to music. No real person's voice is ever cloned.
How does the person receive it?
You get a single link. Paste it into any message and it opens straight to the song and lyric video — the recipient doesn't need an account or the app to listen.
Who owns the song?
You receive a personal-use license to play, keep and share your Toldio. Because purely AI-generated works aren't copyrightable, there's no copyright to assign — commercial use would need a separate license.
Can I get a song about me removed?
Yes. If a Toldio about you is unfair or crosses a line, you can request removal at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.
